- 50 small stuffed olives or combo of stuffed and black pitted
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- dash cayenne
- 1 cup flour
Preheat oven to 400° and prep a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drain and dry olives.
Soften butter, gradually work in cheese and seasonings, then flour. Mould 1 teaspoon of mixture around each olive to cover completely.
Place on cookie sheet and chill until firm.
Bake at 400° for 12-15 minutes
