Tenderloin and Almond Salad -Three Meals a Day


A Main entree salad  This recipe serves 6


  • 3 cups diced cooked tenderloin
  • 1/2 cup Almond, Blanched and Browned
  • 2 Tbs chopped green pepper Peppers, sweet, green, raw
  • 1 1/2 cups diced celery Celery, raw
  • Salad dressing or mayonnaise to moisten
  • salt and pepper to taste Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt


Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Chill well.

Step 2

Serve in lettuce cups. Garnish with watercress and celery curls
