Tenderloin and Almond Salad -Three Meals a Day

Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked tenderloin
- 1/2 cup Almond, Blanched and Browned
- 2 Tbs chopped green pepper Peppers, sweet, green, raw
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery Celery, raw
- Salad dressing or mayonnaise to moisten
- salt and pepper to taste Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Chill well.
Step 2
Serve in lettuce cups. Garnish with watercress and celery curls
