A flavourful easy dip that please young and old

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained
  • 1/3 cup shallots, coarsely chopped (about 3 shallots)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (less)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon
  • Bagel Chips

Method

Step 1

Blend cream cheese, yogurt, tomatoes, shallots, lemon juice, zest, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Fold in parsley and tarragon, then chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with bagel chips.
