A flavourful easy dip that please young and old
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 3/4 cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained
- 1/3 cup shallots, coarsely chopped (about 3 shallots)
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (less)
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp minced fresh tarragon
- Bagel Chips
Method
Step 1
Blend cream cheese, yogurt, tomatoes, shallots, lemon juice, zest, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Fold in parsley and tarragon, then chill for at least 1 hour. Serve with bagel chips.
