Wonderful combination of flavours
Ingredients
- 2 tsp margarine
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 4 oz can deviled ham
- 1/4 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 lb romano cheese
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 24 mushroom caps
Method
Step 1
Saute garlic, onion in margarine. Add deviled ham, sharp cheddar cheese, romano cheese, bread crumbs, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Step 2
Fill the mushroom caps and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 350F. and serve hot
