Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- lemon juice
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- chives
Method
Step 1
Remove stems and wipe caps with damp cloth and lemon juice. Chop stems and combine with remaining ingredients. Fill caps with mixture and Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes.
