Ingredients

1/2 lb stilton cheese, crumbled
4 oz cream cheese, softened
3 Tbs sherry or port
1/3 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts or pecans,or walnuts
melba toast

Method

Step 1

Mix and blend cheeses, port or sherry and nuts.

Step 2

Chill covered until firm. Make ahead up to three days
