Smoked Salmon Spread

This smokey spread will disappear quickly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 Tbs snipped fresh italian parsley
  • 1 Tbs lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz skinless boneless smoked salmon, flaked
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • chives
  • bagel chips or crackers

Method

Step 1

Stir together mayonnaise or salad dressing, onion, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Stir in salmon and capers. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. If desired garnish with chives. Serve with bagel chips or crackers
