Sherry-Spiced Nuts

Not just another seasoned nut. Try them!!
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs dry sherry
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 cups whole almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts and or hazelnuts
Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 325F. Combine egg white, sugar, dry sherry, pumpkin spice, ground allspice and ground red pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in nuts till coated.
Step 2
Line a 13X9X3-inch baking pan with foil; spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Spread nuts on foil. Bake for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool. Break apart any large clusters. Store, covered, in an airtight container at room temperature up to one week.

Could be dangerous..last batch of spiced nuts went in a few days..these could be subject to the same fate.
