A Christmas must in Grandma Brown’s Christmas dinner. Kids like it ! This recipe serves

Ingredients

1 pkg Lime JELLO
1 cup hot water Water, municipal
1/2 lb cut marshmallows or minis
2 pkgs (4 oz) cream cheese
1 cup salad dressing ( mayonnaise or Miracle Whip )
1 can (14oz) crushed pineapples
1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping Cream, whipped, cream topping, pressurized
1/2 pkg jello (red for Christmas) optional

Method

Step 1

Mix lime jello,hot water and marshmallows, stirring until jello is dissolved and marshmallows are pretty well dissolved. Then add cream cheese, salad dressing, pineapple and whipped cream to first mixture and pour into mould and set. Dissolve red jello as per instruction. Cool slightly then carefully pour over the first mixture. Let set.
