Salsa Verde Cabbage Slaw Tostada

I found this recipe for the Easiest Crock Pot Salsa Verde Chicken on SkinnyTaste and, yes the title is very true, it is one of the easiest things I’ve ever made. I used this chicken to create tostadas, which the author of SkinnyTaste recommended, but I made my own version of them. By adding a delicious red cabbage slaw, guacamole and salsa, these tostadas went up a notch.
