A simple cheese ball with salmon but the nuts add an interesting crunch
Ingredients
- 1 lb canned salmon, skinned and boned
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp grated onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Method
Step 1
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon and flake with a fork.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients well and form into a ball. Roll the ball in 1/4-1/2 cup of chopped pecans
