Roast Pork Strips

Wonderful as sliced thinly as an appetizer on a stick or even as an entree.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 Tbs honey
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 3 pound pork tenderloin
Method
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, bourbon, ginger, honey and garlic. Place pork in shallow glass dish and pour marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate overnight turning the meat occasionally.
Step 2
Place meat on rack in open shallow pan and bake at 300F. for about 1 1/2 hours, spooning the marinade over it from time to time.
Step 3
To serve as an appetizer, allow the meat to cool, then cut into thin slices about 1/8 inch thick. Cut slices into strips and spear each with a wooden pick.
