A light refreshing starter for summer dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pears, diced
- 1 1/2 cups berries, halved
- 3/4 cup raw apple, diced
- 2 Tbs fruit sugar
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and chill. Pile in sherbet glasses and garnish with a sprig of mint.
