Easy and can be served hot or at room temperature
Ingredients
- 1 lb medium mushrooms (20-25)
- 1/2 lb sausage meat
- 3/4 tsp ground savory
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
Step 1
Remove stems from mushroom caps. Wash caps and pat dry.
Step 2
Combine sausage with remaining ingredients. Stuff mushroom caps with meat mixture rounding slightly and place in a baking pan.
Step 3
Refrigerate until serving time
Step 4
Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes Serve hot or at room temperature.
