Prawn and Crab Bisque

From Australian Women’s Weekly. Have served several times. Light start to a meal and has a special flavour.  This recipe serves 4

Ingredients

  • 6 oz prawns, deveined
  • 170 g crabmeat, flaked
  • 1 oz butter Butter, without salt
  • 1 medium onion, chopped Onions, raw
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped Carrots, raw
  • 1 stick celery, chopped Celery, raw
