Ingredients
- 6 good size baking potatoes
- 2 10oz cartons sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Sauce, NESTLE, CHEF-MATE Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce, ready-to-serve
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1½ tsp salt Salt, table
- ½ tsp pepper Spices, pepper, black
- ¼ tsp paprika Spices, paprika
Method
Step 1
Cook potatoes on jackets until fork tender. Peel and shred potatoes into a large bowl. Gently stir in sour cream, 1 cup cheese, onions, salt and pepper. Turn into a greased 2 qt casserole. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake uncovered 350F for 30-40 minutes.
