Easy Quick and Tasty

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tsp onion, minced
  • 1 3 1/2 oz container cocktail sized pastry or filo shells, about 30
  • 1 2 1/2 oz jar/can tiny cocktail shrimp
  • parsley

Method

Step 1

Combine the parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, anchovy paste, and onion in a small bowl

Step 2

Spoon mixture evenly into cocktail sized pastry shells. Place in jelly roll pan

Step 3

Place under broiler until tops are bubbly and begins to brown, about 1 minute

Step 4

Garnish with tiny cocktail shrimp and parsley
