Patio Party Menu

A break in the clouds and rain brought sunshine and good friends to our patio party this weekend. It gave me an opportunity to test my new chorizo beef burgers on a crowd, an appetizer bruschetta bar and more. Hours of chopping, meat grinding, and chopping (yes lots of it) and time on the barbecue had our guests smiling from the taste sensations and groaning with full stomachs. The menu for the party included the following:

Appetizers
Cheese volcano
Salsa and Chips
Bruschetta bar (six types) Steak, Chicken, Shrimp, Veggie, Mediterranean, and Prosciutto Melon
Spring rolls

Main Course
Vietnamese spicy beef
Basic hamburgers and hot dogs
Chorizo beef burgers
Lemon chicken kebabs
Falafel burgers
Watermelon salad
Pasta salad
Spinach salad

Desserts
Ice cream cakes
Chocolate dipped strawberries
