Creates a colourful plate
Ingredients
- 2 8oz packages Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
- 2 cups (8oz) Cracker barrel old cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbs pimiento, chopped finely
- 1 Tbs green pepper, chopped finely
- 1 Tbs onion, finely chopped
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1 dash salt
- finely chopped nuts or parsley
Method
Step 1
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except chopped nuts or parsley. Mix well and chill for at least one hour
Step 2
Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in nuts or parsley
Step 3
Chill To serve: place coloured frilly toothpicks in each
