Party Cheese Ball

Creates a colourful plate

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz packages Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups (8oz) Cracker barrel old cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs pimiento, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbs green pepper, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbs onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 1 dash salt
  • finely chopped nuts or parsley

Method

Step 1

Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients except chopped nuts or parsley. Mix well and chill for at least one hour

Step 2

Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in nuts or parsley

Step 3

Chill To serve: place coloured frilly toothpicks in each
