  • 2 cups water or turkey stock, or leftover cooking water from vegetables
  • turkey pan drippings and fat
  • 1/4 cup cooked sausage stuffing
  • season to taste
  • 3 Tbs corn starch Cornstarch
  • 3 Tbs cold water Water, municipal
