Orange Glazed Chicken Wings2013-06-20

- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 egg, beaten
- 20 Breton Crackers, crushed to crumbs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/3 cup Woodmans seafood sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 Tbs grated orange peel
- 1 Tbs honey or sugar
Cut each chicken wing into 3 pieces at joints. Discard wing tips. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then in crumbs. Place in single layer on large foil-lined baking sheets.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well until sugar dissolves. Pour evenly over chicken. Bake 25-30 minutes longer. Turn chicken pieces over occasionally during baking to coat with sauce.
Combine dip ingredients and serve with hot chicken wings
