Another snack to make quickly when needed
Ingredients
- 1 package buttermilk biscuits
- 2 1/2 onions ( not sweet), sliced and quartered
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp dillweed
Method
Step 1
Combine onions and salt. Saute in butter till golden and tender. Remove from heat and cool. Add egg and sour cream and dill and mix well.
Step 2
Press or roll out each biscuit to 5 inches round on ungreased sheet. Spread mixture over top leaving 1/4 inch around the edge.
Step 3
Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot cut into wedges
