Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 2 tbsps water Water, municipal
- 1 Tbs olive oil Oil, olive, salad or cooking
- 1 tsp kosher (coarse) salt Salt, kosher
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar Sugars, granulated
- 2 tsp granulated garlic Spices, garlic powder
- 2 tsp dry minced onions Onions, raw
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary Rosemary, fresh
- 3 1/4 cups bread flour Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched
- 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast Leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
- 1/2 cup halved pitted Kalamata olives Olives, kalamata
Method
Step 1
Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions or as listed. Set machine for French or European-style dark-crusted loaf. Bake according to manufacturers directions.
