A interesting twist on liver spread
- 1 lb liverwurst
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 3 Tbs Irish mist liqueur
- 1/2 cup finely diced pitted ripe olives
- freshly ground pepper
- assorted crackers
Mix liverwurst and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients except crackers, Place in serving container; refrigerate covered.
Remove from refrigerator one hour before serving and bring to room temperature
Serve with assorted crackers.
