Lemon Basil Scallops

This tasty dish can be a starter or a main dish
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 750 g scallops ( not water infused)
- 8 green shallots, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 125 g unsalted butter, chopped
- 2 Tbs cream
Method
Step 1
Combine wine and juice in medium fry pan, bring to boil, add scallops, reduce heat, simmer, uncovered for about 2 minutes or until scallops are tender. Remove from pan.
Step 2
Recipe best prepared just before serving
