Joy’s Chicken


 This recipe serves 8


  • 4 dble chicken breasts, boned and halved
  • 8 slices bacon Pork, cured, bacon, raw
  • 1 jar Dried Beef
  • ½ cup Sour Cream Cream, sour, cultured
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A


Step 1

Tear dried beef into shreds and sprinkle over bottom of the casserole. Wrap each chicken breast in slice of bacon and place over dried beef. Combine sour cream, soup,milk and pour over chicken. DO NOT ADD ANY SALT. Cook uncovered in 300F oven for 3 hours
