Indian Chicken Balls

Great for a hot summer party served with melon balls
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 Tbs chutney, chopped
- 2 Tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbs mayonnaise
- 1 coconut, grated and toasted
Method
Step 1
In a bowl combine all ingredients except Coconut. Chill the mixture, form it into small balls, and roll them in the grated toasted coconut. Chill the chicken balls.
Step 2
Do not use a food processor of blender for this recipe.
