Herbed Green Peas


 This recipe serves 4


  • 2 tsp butter Butter, without salt
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed Peas, green, frozen, unprepared
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions Onions, green, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
  • salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
  • ¼ tsp thyme Spices, thyme, ground


Step 1

Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add peas and green onions, saute 5 minutes. Stir in seasonings
