Herb Infused Vodka Martini


 This recipe serves 6


  • 1 12 fl. oz vodka
  • 6 leaves basil plus small leaves for decoration
  • 1 quart jar sealer


Step 1

empty vodka into sealer jar. Add slightly crushed basil leaves and seal jar. Leave jar in sunny window for 5 days until vodka is infused. Strain vodka back into the 12 oz bottle and place in the freezer.

Step 2

When ready to serve pour 2 oz of cold vodka into a martini glass add small amount of dry vermouth (to taste) . Place small basil leaf on top to garnish and serve.
