Greens Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pack baby spinach
  • 1 pack baby greens
  • 1 little wedge Maytag (or some hi-end) blue cheese
  • 1-2 containers raspberries (1 of raspberries and 1 of blueberries)1
  • 1 cup or so walnuts
  • 1 sliced Bartlett Pear
  • Hi- end Raspberry Vinaigrette, Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette or similar
  • Croutons

Method

Step 1

Wash and dry greens, removing stems. Crumble cheese. Toast walnuts on a baking sheet for 5 minutes for 350F. Place greens, berries, cheese, pear in a bowl. Toss with vinaigrette, top with croutons. Serve immediately
