  • 1 cup Italian Arborio or short grain rice
  • 1 cup sliced green beans Beans, snap, green, canned, no salt added, drained solids
  • 12 snow peas Peas, edible-podded, raw (snow peas)
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped zucchini Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley Parsley, raw
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese Cheese, parmesan, grated
  • Pepper Spices, pepper, black

Method
