Garlic Almonds

Toasted Almonds

Never fail to please and fly out of the bowl. Change things up from your standard nut offering to your guests.


  • 6 oz blanched almond ( If blanching yourself make sure they are dried out before starting)
  • 1 oz unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste


Step 1

Melt butter in shallow ovenproof pan in 350F oven, Add crushed garlic and return to oven for 5 minutes. Add almonds and roast until golden brown, stirring every 3 minutes for 12-15 minutes, Drain on paper towel then place in a bowl. While hot sprinkle with the salt.
