- 1 Pastry crust for a tart pan , baked and cooled
- Filling Pie fillings, canned, cherry
- 6 medium Granny Smith apples, sliced 1/8" thick
- 2-3 medium Granny Smith Apples sliced into 1/8" thick
- 1/2 cup fresh soft bread crumbs Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
- 1/3 cup sugar Sugars, granulated
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon Spices, cinnamon, ground
- Squeeze of lemon
- Apricot Preserves
Method
