Ingredients

  • 8 slices thick cut bacon-- cut into 1" pieces Pork, cured, bacon, raw
  • 2 cups frozen loose packed hash browns
  • 6 large eggs, beaten Egg, whole, raw, fresh
  • 2 tbsp water/milk
  • 1 tsp prepared mustard Mustard, Dijon
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Sauce, NESTLE, CHEF-MATE Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sauce, ready-to-serve
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions Onions, raw

Method

Step 1

Cook bacon in nonstick pan on medium for 10 minutes until crisp. drain. Add potatoes and onion and cook for 5 minutes until browned. Combine eggs, milk and mustard in a bowl. Pour evenly over potatoes and bacon. Cover. Reduce heat to low. cook 8 minutes until eggs are set. Sprinkle with cheese, Cover until cheese melts. cut into wedges
