This an interesting combination of fruits
- 2 cups fresh pineapple cubes
- 3/4 cup diced avocado pears
- 2 cups grapefruit sections
- pinch salt
- 1/4 cup powder sugar
Combine ingredients and chill very thoroughly. Pile in sherbet glasses and serve garnished with green emerelettes.
Note: From what I can find out emerelettes are a type of California grape.
