Curried Pork On A Stick2014-09-24

Great for a pregame or cocktail party pickup
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 onions, grated
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- 2 or 3 pounds lean pork shoulder, cut in 1"- 1 1/2 " cubes
- green pepper cut into small squares
In a bowl combine lemon juice, curry powder, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Grate 2 onions into the mixture and add a few drops of tabasco sauce.
Marinate the pork cubes in the marinade for about 12 hours.
Thread the meat on water-soaked skewers alternating with squares of green pepper. Broil the meat turning frequently until it is browned and thoroughly cooked.
