Cranberry Brie Pop’ems




  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  • 1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 pkg puff pastry -- Frozen puff pastry sheets, 1 thawed
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 lb brie cheese, cubed


Step 1

Preheat Oven 400F. In a bowl, stir together marmalade and cranberry sauce. Place puff pastry on clean work surface. Using 3" round cutter, cut 9 circles from each sheet. Grease each well. Using fork, pierce circles. place in greased wells of muffin tin. Using pastry brush coat each round with mustard. Bake 4 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Top each with a cube of brie and top with the cranberry mixture. Bake another 6-7 minutes .
