Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 1/3 lb side bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbs flour Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, unbleached
- 1 medium onion, sliced or chopped Onions, raw
- 2 cups water, drained from potatoes Potatoes, mashed, dehydrated, prepared from granules with milk, water and margarine added
- 3 cups cooked potatoes, `chopped
- 1 cup canned corn Cornstarch
- 3 cups scalded milk
- salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt
- 1 cup celery, chopped Celery, raw
Method
Step 1
Saute gently the bacon and onion. Add flour and blend well.
Step 2
Add water slowly,followed by potatoes,corn and milk. Season and heat to boiling
Step 3
Add celery. Cook 2-3 mins
