Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white sugar Sugars, granulated
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon Spices, cinnamon, ground
- 2 cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- ½ cup butter/margarine melted and divided
- GLAZE Chicken, wing, frozen, glazed, barbecue flavored
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened Cheese, cream
- ½ cup icing sugar
- 1-2 tbsp milk Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added vitamin A
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters with scissors. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl; roll dough quarters in cinnamon sugar. Place half of biscuits into greased 12 cup fluted tube pan. Drizzle with ¼ cup of butter. Top with the remaining biscuit quarters and melted butter. Top unbaked loaf with remaining sugar mix in the bowl. Bake 40-45 mins or until golden. Meanwhile prepare glaze. Let loaf stand 5 minutes invert onto a plate GLAZE: Beat cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer until well blended. Add 1-2 tbsp. milk, beating until desired consistency is reached. Spoon over warm loaf.
