- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb bacon slices
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and cooked
Several hours ahead of serving: To chili sauce, add garlic. Broil bacon slices on one side only; cut in half crosswise. Into chili sauce, dip shrimp; then wrap each shrimp with a half bacon slice, fastening with a pick. Refrigerate shrimp until serving time.
To Serve: Broil shrimp until bacon is crisp; serve hot
