Chicken – Cheese Rolls


Prepare had of time, refrigerate then bake just before serving  This recipe serves 6


  • 3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese with chives/herb&garlic, divided
  • 1 tbsp butter divided Butter, without salt
  • 6 slices bacon Pork, cured, bacon, raw


Step 1

Between waxed paper, pound breasts to 1/2" thickness. Spread each with 3 Tbsp. cheese mixture; dot 1/2 tsp. Fold ends over filling (some will ooze out). Wrap 1 slice bacon around each breast. Place seam side down in a shallow pan. Bake on top rack in 400F for 40 mins til tender and juices run clear. Broil about 5 mins or til bacon is crisp and golden. Drain fat with baster
