Ingredients
- 9 eggs, hard cooked
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 jars black caviar
- 1 pint sour cream
- parsley
Method
Step 1
Mix chopped eggs and butter. Spread into serving dish and chill. Add layers of chopped onion, caviar, and sour cream. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with crackers.
