Ingredients

  • 8 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1/3 cup butter, room temperature
  • 4 Tbs green onions, finely chopped
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 4 oz jar black caviar

Method

Step 1

Combine chopped eggs with butter and mix to blend well. Season with salt and pepper. Press in 9 inch spring-form pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Top with finely chopped onions then sour cream. chill thoroughly.

Step 3

Drain and rinse caviar well. Spread evenly over top. Garnish with lemon slices and green onion curls.Serve with tiny pancakes, crackers or melba toast.
