Carl’s Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic Garlic, raw
- 2 large eggs ( could use egg beaters)
- 2 juice of lemons Lemon juice, raw
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper Spices, pepper, black
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce Sauce, Worcestershire
- 3 Tbs freshly grated parmesan cheese Cheese, parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp salt Salt, table
- oil ( amount listed below)
- 2 heads romaine lettuce Lettuce, cos or romaine, raw
- fresh croutons
Method
Step 1
Rinse and chill 2 heads of romaine lettuce. Squeeze garlic in a press and mix all ingredients except oil in a large wooden bowl. Add enough oil to make 1 pint. Blend thoroughly and refrigerate. To serve, toss enough dressing to coat lettuce thoroughly ( Shake well before tossing) Avocado chunks maybe added if desired. Dressing keeps for several weeks in refrigerator.
