California Jellied Salad


 This recipe serves 10


  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water Water, municipal
  • 1 20oz can crushed pineapple Pineapple, canned, juice pack, solids and liquids
  • 4 oz shredded cheese Cheese, parmesan, grated
  • 1 small carton cool whip Lite®


Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water and add crushed pineapple, juice and all.

Step 2

Let set partially in refrigerator. Then add the shredded cheese and the cool whip.

Step 3

Return to refrigerator to set
