- 5 lbs raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 pints Wesson oil
- 2 Tbs salt
- 8 Tbs catsup
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 pods garlic, chopped
Clean shrimp and marinate overnight in the sauce made from the remaining ingredients.
Arrange shrimp on broiler pan and broil on second shelf until light brown. 5 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook.
Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks
