Brennan’s Garlic Bread


Interesting version of a common snack  This recipe serves 8


  • 3 small loaves french bread, 12 inches long
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter, recipe in sauce book
  • 2 Tbs paprika Spices, paprika
  • 3 Tbs fresh parsley, finely chopped Parsley, raw
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese Cheese, parmesan, grated


Step 1

Split the loaves in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter onto the cut side of each loaf. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, then transfer the loaves to baking sheet. Bake in the hot oven (350) for 5 minutes, then sprinkle each slice with parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 3 mins and cut each loaf, diagonally, into 3 pieces. Serve warm
