Surprisingly good. I worried about the amount of mustard but it works.  This recipe serves

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped Onions, raw
  • 1 cup Creole mustard
  • 2 Tbs garlic, minced Garlic, raw
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil Vegetable oil, canola
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar Vinegar, red wine
  • salt and pepper Peppers, sweet, red, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt

Method

Step 1

Combine the onion, mustard,and garlic in a stainless steel bowl. Whisk in the oil and vinegar, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
