Blini With Sour Cream And Red Caviar2013-06-20
- 1 16 oz carton frozen pancake batter, defrosted
- 1 8 oz container sour cream
- 1 4 1/2 oz jar red caviar
Heat griddle ; grease lightly. Pour approximately 1 teaspoon pancake batter for each blini onto griddle; turn once. Place on cookie sheet. Keep warm between paper toweling in a slow oven while making the remaining miniture pancakes.
To serve; top with a dollop of sour cream and red caviar. Serve warm
