Ingredients
- 1 can jumbo ripe olives (oz), pitted
- 1 package (3 oz) blue cheese
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp minced parsley
- 2 Tbs dry sherry
Method
Step 1
Drain olives. Using a fork, combine blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley, and sherry into a smooth paste.
Step 2
Using a pastry bag or the tip of a small knife, fill the olives with the cheese mixture
Step 3
Chill
